A recent survey of 2,000 consumers yet again highlighted the fact that T-mobile appears to be head and shoulders above its competitors in the UK mobile broadband sector. The YouGov poll is yet another positive note for T-mobile which has been developing its mobile broadband service with great success over the last couple of years. The company came top in six categories confirming similar results seen in the past although this is a very fast-moving market and new entrants and challenges are emerging on a regular basis.
It is interesting to see that T-mobile appears to be well ahead of its competitors as there has been some concern about the general level of service afforded to mobile broadband customers. It would appear that T-mobile may be exempt from many of these criticisms, but the sector as a whole has suffered from a general dissatisfaction highlighted by UK broadband users. However, as mobile broadband technology continues to develop it seems highly likely that it will return again as one of the major growth areas of the UK broadband market, with the ability to work on the move a massive plus point for many consumers and business people.
